Configure your new Store for Wholesale Customers The Wholesale System reports are designed to cover the same business issues as the Retail Reports, PLUS comprehensive monitoring of customer activity. It is particularly important that we can monitor customer activity at the Wholesale level, because these customers represent on-going repeat business.
Additional Wholesale Monitoring Reports: Search Abandon Report If a customer searches for a part, finds it, but does not add it to a Quote or Order, the Search Abandon Report will identify those customer.
Quote Report Stores configured to allow Repair Facilities, Garages, etc. to Quote Parts includes a Quote Report.
